This veterinary practice doesn't deserve a single star. We brought our dog to the clinic as an emergency case. She was having a severe seizure, was trembling violently, couldn't stand on her own, and was completely disoriented. The vet told us she'd never seen anything like it and didn't know what was wrong with our dog. Nevertheless, a short time later, it was suggested that our dog be given a painkiller injection. Immediately afterward, she became completely rigid, stopped moving, and her eyes rolled back. The vet then told us that this was probably our dog's "goodbye." At the same time, we were strongly advised to have our dog euthanized. Mind you, this was done without a clear diagnosis and after we had already been told that they didn't even know the cause. We decided against euthanasia and took our dog home. That same evening, she slowly recovered, and by the next day—thankfully—she was back to her old self. To this day, we cannot understand how someone could, on the one hand, claim to have no idea what was wrong with the animal, and on the other hand, just minutes later, suggest euthanasia. Had we followed this advice, our dog might not be alive today. This experience has completely shattered our trust in the practice. In an emergency, we would have expected significantly more competence, dedication, and a referral to a veterinary hospital. Instead, we felt largely abandoned in the situation.

She's a very nice older woman, and I can recommend her for spaying and neutering! She does it carefully and, most importantly, affordably. In emergencies, she can also be reached via WhatsApp or mobile phone and will even make house calls. BUT!!! Unfortunately, I have the feeling that she only believes in the old school of veterinary medicine because, according to her, some diseases have no treatment options, even though many other vets confirm the exact opposite. I've had not only bad experiences, but too many. She didn't properly examine or inspect my cats when something was wrong; she simply asked questions, and it was always just a cold. "What's wrong with the cat?" "The cat can catch viruses from her, and don't feed her dry food" (even though I don't already) - the cat gets an injection, €40, and you can leave. A few weeks later, the animal had to be euthanized. "Next time, please come to me earlier; you need to react faster." Despite this, she is very empathetic and kind when dealing with losses. She definitely likes the animals, but in my opinion, she's simply not up-to-date anymore. As a patient, I would appreciate it if she would also take my pet's temperature, look in its mouth, palpate the animal, or anything like that. After all, my statement isn't a diagnosis. And if my vet only asks questions and doesn't examine me, how do we know the diagnosis is correct? Unfortunately, this has been proven twice now: a proper examination would definitely have prevented losses. When my pet had fleas, she once ran a comb down its back and said, "The cat doesn't have fleas; if they do, they're in your apartment." However, I brushed seven fleas out of its fur that same day and struggled with them for three months because she didn't recommend or provide anything for fleas when I asked. ... I switched vets, but I can still imagine that many people have had great experiences with her, and I'm happy for them and their animals! This is simply my experience and is meant only as constructive criticism, and perhaps it's a little bit of feedback. She is still a competent veterinarian, that shouldn't be forgotten, but she simply wasn't the one who made me happy as a pet owner.
