I had a phone conversation with the practice today regarding a cost estimate for a dental cleaning for our dog. A preliminary consultation at the practice was suggested and, upon inquiry, was quoted at approximately €15. We went in today, and after about three minutes with the vet, everything was discussed. However, I was then charged almost twice that amount, €28. Utterly astonished, I referred to our phone conversation and the quoted €15 for the preliminary examination. They then told me that they had meant at least €15 on the phone. How does one feel about that? Please judge for yourself. This is a shady business. I cannot and will not recommend this practice!

Hello everyone, I'm very, very happy with these doctors. He's a bit gruff but very good, and the female doctor is very, very nice. Everything is explained to you, and you're not left on your own. For me, they're the best doctors.

Since we moved to Schwanewede over a year ago, we were looking for a new veterinary practice. Our cat, at her age, didn't really like vet appointments. But she was treated wonderfully here; the entire team was very friendly and understanding. Unfortunately, we had to accompany her to her final resting place at the practice. Everything was handled with great dignity, and a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Brower.

My dog ​​Elly has been cared for at this veterinary practice for many years, and I am truly grateful for the consistently excellent care she receives. Dr. Brower, Dr. Behrens, and the entire practice team support Elly and me with great expertise, calm demeanor, patience, and genuine warmth. It's clear that everyone here works together seamlessly and that the animals' well-being is always the top priority. Elly is treated with love, taken seriously, and given very attentive care—just like me as her owner. Even in difficult or emotionally challenging situations, you don't feel alone, but rather understood and well cared for.
