A veterinary practice that's simply perfect. We always receive extremely friendly, competent, and animal-centered advice and treatment for our dogs and cats. The consultations are clear, honest, and very helpful. Appointments are easy to schedule, and in emergencies, the practice is always helpful and available. Highly recommended!

We are very dissatisfied with the way things were handled at this practice. We would have liked to see more empathy, a greater sense of responsibility, and a genuine interest in the animal's welfare. Unfortunately, we got the impression that financial considerations were more important than our pet's health.

Unfortunately, very disappointing. Despite our mentioning severe scratching and a wound on her neck, no flea check was performed during the first visit. Only at the second appointment did our cat receive a pipette and cream. Since then, our cat has been suffering from diarrhea and vomiting. We were charged €100 for another appointment over the weekend. We would have expected more responsibility, care, and empathy. It shouldn't always be just about the money, but also about showing compassion for the animal.
