Hello, we were at the vet's office on Pentecost Sunday with an emergency. Even though the outcome was foreseeable (euthanasia), I felt very well cared for. Many thanks again for the prompt help and the respectful treatment of me and the dog. The price was reasonable and perfectly acceptable for a weekend and holiday. Thank you again for everything. Mr. Gerdes is a very competent and friendly veterinarian. We brought our German Pinscher in as an emergency and received excellent care. His handling of the dog, his explanations, the treatment itself, and the administration of medication all received 5 stars. Appointments are always kept. We are happy to travel from Schiffdorf for this!

A super-kind veterinarian who truly takes his time with his patients and their owners. :-) I've been to a variety of veterinarians, but Dr. Gerrit Neugebauer is the best of them all! I'm thrilled, and my dog loves going to him too, even though she hated going to the vet before. He's taken away her fear of going to the vet! Simply fantastic!!! Edit: Even though he's not a 100% avian veterinarian, he saved my beloved rooster, Nugget,'s life! Other veterinarians I've had to see in the emergency room had given up on him, wanting to put him down, but Mr. Gerrit Neugebauer gave him a new life! We are infinitely grateful! :) As you can see in the two pictures, things were looking more than serious for my beloved little darling! Thank you for the wonderful treatment, and Nugget is also enjoying his second chance! :)

Dr. Neugebauer has a calm and pleasant manner and provides comprehensive and understandable information. We feel well looked after and would be happy to return.
