Emergency visit on Sunday: We took our sick cat to Dr. Lührs. The initial phone call was very friendly, and the visit itself (apart from the cat's illness) was very welcoming. We're hoping for a speedy recovery and would wholeheartedly recommend this veterinarian!

Dr. Gröngröft is a very dedicated veterinarian with extensive experience. She carefully considers what is necessary and what can be neglected. She is excellent at engaging with hesitant, uncertain clients, and if necessary, resolutely, and patiently provides understandable explanations of planned treatments until trust is established. Sometimes that's necessary when you're questioning everything out of concern and fear for your pet (at least I do 😏). For many years now, and now with many cats, I've been willing to travel 20 km to the practice. All necessary treatments (X-rays, dental treatment, ultrasound, etc.) and detailed explanations are available right there in the practice. Let's hope this outstanding veterinarian will continue to practice for a long time to come. My sincere thanks!

We've been taking our two dogs there for quite some time now. They've always received excellent care, and the staff has consistently taken their specific needs into account and made special arrangements. Discussions about surgery and treatments are always very thorough and involve plenty of time. This practice will remain our go-to place for any issues we might have with our furry friends.

A wonderfully kind and friendly team of competent veterinarians. I feel very well cared for there with my cats, and the emergency service is always available and helpful.
