We visited Dr. Heinze for the first time today, after calling several veterinarians, and she was kind enough to include my concerns for this week. The practice makes a quaint, welcoming impression! The receptionist was super friendly and accommodating, and the doctor herself was absolutely loving toward my dog and the children who (unfortunately) had to come along.
