Dr.med.vet. Anke Brodauf

One of the best veterinary practices I've ever encountered. Even in emergencies, they offer uncomplicated and prompt help. And compared to other vets, their prices are truly reasonable. You don't get the feeling of being ripped off or that someone is trying to make a quick buck, as sometimes happens in other practices.

We are so grateful that this veterinary practice exists and will only go there from now on. A very friendly team and a wonderful veterinarian who makes you feel your pet is in good hands. Thank you so much!

Simply a fantastic doctor, and has been for over a decade. Competent, empathetic, direct, reassuring, kind, sincere, and honest, she always finds an appointment for everyone, even though she works late into the evening. Truly a wonderful team.

Every time you enter the practice, it reeks of animal feces. The conditions are unhygienic, and the assistants are untrained interns who clumsily only lift a finger when prompted. During many visits, Ms. Brodauf herself seemed very stressed and showed no interest in the animal (the cat spent our entire visit in its carrier without her even looking at it). She stood with her back to us at the computer and didn't turn around, even while speaking. She ignored the fact that she referred to the cat by the wrong name and gender, saying such things were "unimportant." After suspecting feline asthma, she told us to go to the pharmacy to find out how much the medication would cost us monthly ("these are human medications; it's not my job to tell you the cost"). When we asked if the asthma might improve eventually, Ms. Brodauf said we were "simply unlucky" with the kitten (he was 10 months old at the time) and should have chosen a different one. ... I have never experienced such a heartless, disrespectful, and rude behavior from any veterinarian and am speechless. The way we were brushed off and sent to pay clearly shows that this "doctor" only cares about money, never about the animal. Her behavior was just as disgusting as the practice itself.

A truly excellent veterinarian! She did a fantastic job with my 16 1/2-year-old Persian cat, Maya's, dental treatment. Another vet refused to give Maya anesthesia because she was underweight, and this vet accepted that Maya would suffer for weeks with a purulent periodontal infection. Dr. Brodauf took wonderful care of Maya, and despite her advanced age, she is now doing very well. I highly recommend Dr. Brodauf! She is very competent and empathetic!
