We were there today with our rescue dog. The team was incredibly kind, we didn't have to wait, and everyone was very gentle with our dog. We were informed about the costs and options beforehand, and no unnecessary treatments or anything like that were pushed on us. We are more than satisfied, and our dog certainly is too! A very friendly and welcoming team. Excellent service. I'm so glad to have such competent avian veterinarians and veterinary technicians. It was especially helpful that I could bring my chicken in right away, even though I wasn't sure if it might be an emergency, so she could be examined and treated.
Last week I took my female cockatiel to Dr. Schneeganß and her team. We were very pleased with the examination and consultation. We just learned it's not a virus. She is plucking her feathers a bit, unfortunately. Her sister isn't doing it at all. We were prescribed medication which we mix into her main food. Many thanks to Dr. Schneeganß and her team.
