Dr.med.vet. Bärbel Küsters Tierärztin

...I've been seeing Dr. Küsters for decades with my animals, first cats, now dogs. I'm always very satisfied and can come for an IV at any time of day, even on Sundays (for my cat). She knows her stuff. Although I don't live in Alpen, I'm always happy to make the short trip.

I've been going to Dr. Küsters' practice for many years with our dog and our cat. They've always received quick and caring help at any time of day. The entire practice team does a great job; thank you for your caring and competent support.

Best veterinary practice in Alpen. When our cat was injured, Dr. Küsters helped spontaneously and effectively.

Not recommended! We were treated there with our beloved cat, and unfortunately, it got to the point where we had to put her down... as if this decision wasn't difficult enough, the vet was very rude, completely unsympathetic, and even made us feel like we were doing something wrong! We weren't even allowed to stay while she was being put down, and our cat was returned wrapped in a plastic bag without any comment. It was truly one of the worst days of my life; I'll never set foot in that practice again.
