Reviews
A very nice practice team! I'm always a little jealous when I get the impression that our Rottweiler loves the practice and its staff more than us and our home! Since he was a puppy, he's been receiving excellent care from Dr. Moeller for all his minor and major ailments.
My dog Edwina was bitten and received immediate emergency care. The vet referred us straight away to the Krefeld Dental Clinic and told us what we could do. My Edwina survived, and I'm very grateful to the practice for that. Everyone, please stop giving bad reviews and be grateful that veterinary practices exist. If you don't want to spend money, then don't get pets. The woman on the phone has a tough job; she sees animal suffering and death every day. Should she be laughing with joy on the phone? I think these practices are good and sufficient for helping animals in need. Driving School Ferdi & Miri
After bringing two neglected kittens to this vet in heartbreaking condition, each one worse than the other, their condition had already improved significantly after just two days. This vet examined both cats thoroughly and took her time. She also gave excellent advice and answered all my questions. She sets a great example, demonstrating how proper care and treatment can be done, providing a clear understanding of what needs to be done and how to manage the situation. I myself am a complete novice in this area and have only read up on the subject. Among other things, she treated diarrhea, fleas, a cold, swelling, and underweight; trimmed their claws; performed a thorough physical examination; and had a lengthy consultation regarding nutrition, care, and cleaning. This vet was highly recommended to me by a cat-owning friend who lives in a more distant city and travels specifically to see her for her cats. That speaks volumes. I would recommend this veterinarian to anyone who truly cares about their animal and is open to receiving good advice. Homeopathy isn't her thing, but with her expertise, it doesn't really need to be *wink*. True to the motto "with love and understanding" (TLC), it quickly becomes clear that this highly skilled veterinarian is tired of "well-intentioned but poorly executed" animal husbandry. Completely understandable, in my opinion. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you most sincerely for the wonderful treatment of the two foundlings, wish you and your team continued health and success, and remain with best regards and a strong recommendation. I can't comment on the doctor, but I can on the woman on the phone. I have rarely experienced such rudeness as in this practice. The woman on the phone was stressed, which I can even understand. What I can't understand, however, is how unfriendly and grumpy she is on the phone, to the point where you don't even want to explain your problem or ask your question. Perhaps the way people are treated on the phone should be seriously reconsidered.
I desperately tried to get an appointment. Even though it was just for a small but important vaccination, I was immediately brushed off on the phone. Apparently, I wasn't a customer. I had a completely different experience at another practice, where I also wasn't a customer! Thankfully, it can be done differently, and the same goes for the friendliness...
