I am very satisfied with the veterinary practice of Dr. Reintges in Neukirchen-Vluyn. The entire team is very friendly and competent, and they take plenty of time for both the animals and their owners. You feel very well advised. The treatment is explained clearly and carried out calmly and gently. Scheduling appointments is also reliable and without long waiting times. A practice you can entrust your four-legged friends to with complete peace of mind – highly recommended!

I can't understand all the positive reviews here. We went there with our dog and only wanted to have his teeth cleaned. After asking how much that would cost, she quoted us over €1400. I certainly didn't want to buy anything from that place. We then went to the Wertz veterinary practice in Kamp-Lintfort and only had to pay €550 there. How is that possible? We are very happy with the vet and will definitely go there again if we have any problems.

I was actually satisfied with the appointment scheduling, treatment, etc. However, the billing is outrageous; they're charging for things that weren't done. My dog ​​only needed a vitamin B12 injection, which he received, even once in the waiting area. But they also billed me for a follow-up examination, which never took place! How can they charge for services that weren't performed? Apparently, it's because of the tax office! As I've now discovered, there are other veterinarians who only charge for services actually rendered. It's a shame that the fee schedule is being exploited however one pleases.

A very pleasant atmosphere throughout the practice. The explanations were transparent and easy to understand! Sadly, our "emergency" cat had to leave us. The care shown to him and to us during this difficult time was incredibly empathetic! Thank you so much! If we ever have another pet, we will gladly come back!
