I've been taking our dog to Ms. Hinzen and Ms. Bereziuk since the beginning of 2018. From the start, I was impressed by their sensitive and loving way of handling my dog. Of course, I'm also completely convinced of their expertise, and I can see how my dog feels after every treatment. My dog is always happy when we enter the practice. If that's not a good sign, I don't know what is. I can highly recommend this practice.
For about six months now, our French Bulldog has been a patient of Ms. Hinzen. She is incredibly kind to animals and so empathetic that our dog is always overjoyed to see her. Here, you and your dog feel completely at ease, and most importantly: The dog is doing much better! A friendly and competent team that we would gladly recommend.
I've been going there for about three months now with my sport and I feel very well cared for. All my questions are answered competently and the therapy is already working well. I've been to many different physiotherapy practices in Moers, Duisburg, and Wesel, and here I finally feel I'm receiving excellent care and advice. Thank you to the team!
The receptionist was so unfriendly. She basically told me I couldn't read, that they were just a physical therapy practice. But it was confusing because it said "veterinary practice" on the sign. So incredibly unfriendly.
We've been taking our Yorkshire Terrier to this practice for nine months now, following a slipped disc and knee surgery. Our dog could barely stand, but now he's walking quite well on his own again. Everything here is perfect – both the professional expertise and the personal touch. Rocky and his owner swear by Ms. Hinzen and Eva... and we're happy to travel 30 km for them! :0)
