Reviews
Dr Eberhardt is a super vetinary. Extremely professional, caring and very thorough in her examinations. Her assistants are great too and together with Dr Eberhardt make visiting the practice a pleasant experience rather than a stressful time. Would thoroughly recommend this vetinary.
We are incredibly grateful to the veterinary practice; they saved our cat. Even though they were already closed for the day, they operated on him and provided excellent care during his recovery. Thanks to the expertise of the vet and the entire team, our "big guy" is still happily eating us out of house and home. Thank you! 🤩
Today, the first Sunday of Advent, I had to take my Chihuahua to the Thimm & Siemann veterinary practice for an emergency visit after she got a ball in her eye while playing. Ms. Thimm was on call and treated my dog very competently and lovingly! I felt very well cared for. Thank you for your help and the pleasant conversation.
I took my 13-year-old dog to Dr. Siemann for what I thought was a minor issue (I thought it was her anal glands). She x-rayed her and told me I had to go to the clinic immediately for emergency surgery, where they would have to open her abdomen and reposition displaced organs... (Unfortunately, I can only explain this in layman's terms). She said she would send the x-ray to the clinic. When I arrived there, exhausted (and then had to wait about an hour), the x-ray wasn't there (!) and the practice was already closed. I only had a referral. The clinic had to x-ray the poor animal again and came to a completely different diagnosis! A large, inoperable tumor... Completely unexpectedly, my dog had to be euthanized. It's outrageous that the x-ray wasn't sent to the clinic, given all the suffering! Imagine if they had operated on her based on the referral... Dr. Siemann didn't bother to apologize or reimburse me. I'm speechless.
