For over 30 years, we've been taking our animals (dogs and cats) to Preuti for treatment. He even performed a miracle on our cat Ruby. He stitched her almost completely severed leg back together and treated it so well that she could climb trees again. He always has time for emergencies and doesn't try to rip anyone off with unnecessary treatments. You couldn't ask for a better vet for your beloved pets.
Fantastic veterinarian. We feel very well cared for and advised here. We've been going there since our kittens were born and have only good things to say. Our kittens and their parents say thank you for everything.
Hello – overall, excellent. It was our first time there with our older dog. Yes, I was initially a bit taken aback by the condition of the entrance and waiting area – it could definitely use some renovation. But that has nothing to do with the competence and care of the team/veterinarian. I received very thorough information, and all my questions were answered. Our dog needed an X-ray for further evaluation, and even for that, I was given time to consider it and scheduled a new appointment. They readily accommodated my decision about whether it was appropriate to proceed. I have a very good feeling and feel well-advised. I'm curious to see how things progress. I would definitely recommend them!
Last month I took my cat to this veterinary practice. I suspected my little angel had diabetes. A blood test was done and confirmed by the vet, but when I asked about medication/therapy, the receptionist said that as long as he was doing well with his food, he didn't need anything. Unfortunately, that was a mistake. Yesterday, out of the blue, my cat suddenly became very ill, and I immediately took him to the emergency vet clinic in Duisburg. They couldn't do anything for him. Due to the lack of treatment, his organs were damaged, and so this morning at 2:30 a.m., I had to say goodbye to my beloved cat and have him euthanized. One more thing is too much. He should have been given medication, like a permanent regimen, to save his life. Unfortunately, I believed them.
