I can only echo all the positive reviews. For almost 17 years of his life, my dog ​​Max was in the very best hands with Dr. Mertens, and even at the beginning with Dr. Mertens. The bills were never excessive, and at no time did we feel that unnecessary tests were being ordered. During a very serious phase of Max's illness, she helped him extremely competently, and we are still very grateful to her today for everything she did for our dog, whom we sadly had to say goodbye to on March 10, 2025. Dr. Mertens allowed Max to take his final journey with great sensitivity and without pain. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to the wonderful team.

Unfortunately, before I had my dog ​​treated there, I didn't read the many negative reviews about Ms. Mertens. What's written there is absolutely spot on. The vet's arrogance is undeniable! At every visit, we were told about her supposed expertise. Even on our first visit, we noticed how she treats her staff. Poor things!!! Asking her questions is incredibly difficult! She's emotional and cynical and offered us absolutely no help for our dog. Instead, she just got louder and louder, working herself into a rage. We think it stems from her insecurity around people who might be in her position of authority! Oh, and Ms. Mertens, please don't write in your reply that we did everything wrong with our dog. Those are your standard responses, because when so many customers write the same thing repeatedly, there must be some truth to it!

I've lived with pets for 40 years and have met several veterinarians during that time. For several months now, I've been seeing Dr. Mertens and her team with my little family. I'm more than satisfied and trust Dr. Mertens 100 percent. Her team is also excellent. Thank you very much.
