Swen Botterweck is a very sensitive and empathetic veterinarian. He is calm, patient, and handles the animals with great care. His gentle approach was particularly impressive during vaccinations – my cat barely noticed the injection and felt absolutely nothing. You can immediately tell that the animals' well-being is very important to him. We felt we were in excellent hands and can wholeheartedly recommend him. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I took my dog there for the first time on a recommendation. She needed surgery. The practice is very clean, and everyone there is incredibly friendly and highly competent. Being able to stay with your pet while they wake up after the operation was a new and wonderful experience for me. Everything was explained to me thoroughly before and after. The information service via email and telephone is excellent. In short, "we'll definitely be back!"
