A highly competent and empathetic veterinarian, and a friendly and helpful team. She knows how to assess each of my dogs and respond accordingly. The Tiglers are also simply wonderful people. No wonder they're not accepting any more patients. No pet owner would willingly leave!

1. Answering machine left on Wednesday afternoon despite office hours. No one was available, so I went there with my cat (the cat had either been hit by a car or fallen), no open wounds, and was turned away because I wasn't a regular patient. Even though I was told that since I didn't have a car at the moment, getting to the clinic in Rheinhausen by public transport wasn't possible. Especially since it might not be necessary, I should just check it out. Unbelievable and very sad! The practice wasn't full. So if I were to act like that at the front desk of the family doctor, I'd like to see how some people would react.
