Terrible management of the appointment system! I've never experienced anything like it! I called on Monday to make an appointment and explained the problem. I have a dog who is really, really difficult at the vet; calm and patience are essential. I wanted to help my dog! That's why you make an appointment! When I arrived at the practice, it was absolutely packed. Despite having an appointment, the wait would have been about 45 minutes or more. That was impossible with my dog! We left! So, I can't comment on the practice's expertise. But anyone who handles their organization and appointment scheduling so poorly isn't the right choice for us! Of course, emergencies can happen, but this was simply bad planning! I wondered what the vets were like when the practice was so full? How do they manage a difficult dog then??? NO, you don't feel well cared for here from the start.

I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Wöscher and the entire team. My cat Nala hadn't eaten for six days, and at two other veterinary practices, I was repeatedly told that "everything was fine." But her condition kept worsening. At Dr. Wöscher's practice, she received a thorough, attentive, and highly competent examination from the very first moment. Nala was immediately given a complete check-up – all the necessary tests were performed without delay. It turned out that she had a huge hairball in her stomach, which was life-threatening. Thanks to the quick diagnosis and dedicated action, my little darling's life was saved. The entire team, including Dr. Wöscher, is exceptionally friendly and helpful, and they explain everything clearly and patiently. You feel taken seriously, supported, and in the best possible hands. I'm certain of one thing: I will remain a loyal patient of this practice for the long term. Thank you so much for everything! 🙏💛
