Unfortunately, I can't think of a single positive thing to say about this. I contacted the vet on Saturday morning for an emergency because my horse couldn't move on its own. The initial contact was very unfriendly and rude. The woman didn't take any time to find out what was wrong. Instead, she pumped my horse full of painkillers and left. To sum it up... - No empathy - Doesn't take any time - Unfriendly and disinterested - The bill was outrageous! It cost me exactly the same as the final bill for euthanasia and further treatment... Unfortunately, without success! I admit that my horse had reached an incredibly advanced age, but still! A patellar luxation should have been detected on the first day.
Excellent veterinarian, very professional approach. And she came immediately, even though it was Saturday afternoon and I hadn't been a client before. Highly recommended! This also applies to Mr. Töpfer, with whom she runs the practice.
