I absolutely cannot recommend this practice. Two years ago, they misdiagnosed a rabbit that ultimately had to be euthanized. Since then, I've called several times for emergencies and routine appointments, as our regular vet was on vacation. EVERY TIME, the receptionist was incredibly unfriendly (at least the woman on the phone) and I couldn't expect any help at all! Never again!

Excellent vet! You can immediately tell that he's an old-school doctor who values ​​effective treatments and expert explanations more than money. He took the time to see our cat, who was in acute pain, right away (unlike others who only offered appointments in 2-7 weeks). He explained everything very well and clearly, and his prices are really reasonable. We felt safe and in good hands. Great, we hope he'll be back for many years to come. We'll definitely be back!

Dr. Kraus spontaneously stepped in as my emergency vet, even though he's been retired for several years. He helped my cat, who had been suffering from diarrhea for days, get back on his feet. 🙏

Other vets in Tir often don't have time, no matter how bad the animal's condition. We even went to Dr. Kraus on Sunday, which I think is great.
