A very nice practice; they take their time for the animals and treat them with love. Always reachable and very competent.
Dr. Heisele exudes such a calm demeanor and always explains things objectively and without causing panic. This is incredibly important when you're worried about your pets. Furthermore, the animals are always handled with great care and love. Highly recommended! 🙏🏼
At another vet, my cat was already very aggressive during the weigh-in. At this practice, however, he's very easygoing with Dr. Riegel, even though he'll never be an easy cat. They achieved a great result with the blood test without using a straitjacket or anything like that. I finally have certainty that I received a misdiagnosis from the previous vet (I asked several vets about the blood test results, and they all confirmed Dr. Riegel's and my opinion). Now, after the most recent blood test, I have the reassurance that everything is fine. The cats are usually offered a treat, which I think is great. Mine unfortunately won't take anything when they're stressed, but it's truly so loving and stress-free, and the animals sense that! Both of my cats are so much less anxious and stressed since we've been going to Heisele Veterinary Practice! The veterinary assistants are also always very, very nice and helpful. There's really nothing to complain about here!!
