Kleintierpraxis Dr. Erteld

We visited Dr. Erteld and her team repeatedly with our two lovely kittens for treatment. Always professionally competent and very sensitive, she and her team cared for our kittens' small and large problems. The animals' well-being was always our top priority, even in very important matters outside of opening hours. We could always rely on her advice. When we finally had to say goodbye to our dear Betti, she accompanied her dying process with great sensitivity and dignity. That made it a little easier for us, too. Many thanks to Dr. Erteld and her team.

I only spoke with Dr. Erteld on the phone, and yes, it was already after 8 p.m. The way she spoke to me, I don't even want to know how she treats animals.

Very pleasant staff. Dr. Erteld was courteous and interested. All questions were answered, and she even took the time to answer questions about animals that weren't with us. I would describe the situation honestly and openly. We'll be back with all of our animals (cats and rabbits) anytime. 😊

Top-notch vet! Hardly any wait times. (Although that's irrelevant to me anyway.) She takes her time with the animal, is empathetic, and informative. A vet with heart and soul. ♥️ Thank you so much. P.S. One of the temporary staff is extremely discreet, doesn't talk much, and you don't feel like you're in the best hands with her. Nevertheless, she helped our four-legged friend. However, more information for us humans would be welcome.

Dr. Erteld has always been able to provide me with competent and absolutely helpful and reliable support, even in numerous emergencies. She has also sometimes been able to give me advice over the phone about what to do, without me having to visit the practice. I am very grateful to have a contact person in situations where immediate care is absolutely necessary.
