In one of the most difficult situations we've ever faced—the loss of our beloved cat—Dr. Erteld supported us with great compassion, calm, and professionalism. Outside of her regular working hours, she took the time to be with us during this challenging time. We will always be grateful for that. Everything was organized and handled with great respect, dignity, and care. It was clear how much the well-being of animals and people means to her. She took the time to answer our questions, offered understanding advice, and made us feel that we were not alone in our grief. It's rare to find such a dedicated, compassionate, and highly professional veterinarian. I wholeheartedly recommend her and thank her for her support and loving guidance during this difficult time. I wanted to buy a deworming tablet for my Ragdoll cat today. I was turned away because my cat wasn't present for inspection. Result: no deworming tablet. That's what they call customer service. I wouldn't recommend this practice.

We adopted a dog who, according to the previous owner, was supposed to be healthy. However, after just a few hours, we noticed that the animal was very ill. Therefore, I immediately went to the veterinary clinic where the dog had previously been treated. There, however, I was told that they were not allowed to give me any information about the dog's medical history. At that moment, this was completely incomprehensible to me, as the dog was already mine and I wanted to know what was wrong with him so I could help him in the best way possible. I was very disappointed and saddened by this approach. Especially in such a distressing situation, I would have wished for more support, understanding, and transparency. Unfortunately, it came to the point where the dog had to be euthanized.

Excellent veterinarian! Hardly any waiting time. (Although that's irrelevant for me anyway.) She takes her time with the animal, is empathetic, and informative. A veterinarian with heart and soul. Thank you so much! P.S. One of the assistants is extremely discreet, doesn't talk much, and you don't feel as comfortable with her. Nevertheless, she helped our pet. However, more information for us humans would be appreciated.
