Anne and Dirk Neuhaus, along with their incredibly friendly team, have been our trusted veterinarians for over 20 years. They always take the time to address our pet's concerns, big and small, with patience, empathy, and expertise! There's always a genuine, respectful dialogue about what makes sense, and they never try to push any treatment on us just because we might want to try it. And it doesn't matter whether we're bringing our guinea pigs or, for over 10 years now, our Golden Retriever! A huge thank you for that!

At the beginning of February, we visited the veterinary practice because our cat Brandy needed dental work. From the very thorough pre-operative consultation, through the surgery itself, and the follow-up appointment, I felt at every stage that my cat was in the best hands with Dr. Neuhaus. His friendly and competent manner helped alleviate some of the worries that pet owners have before such a procedure. The entire practice team was also very kind and understanding. While I hope Brandy won't need another procedure anytime soon, I have no doubt that I would entrust her to Dr. Neuhaus again without hesitation.

I had to take my dog ​​to the vet for an emergency (I'm not from Unna). Dr. Neuhaus's practice was the only one I could reach. I was able to come in immediately. Dr. Neuhaus treated the injury calmly, quickly, and well. He answered all my questions. I felt very well cared for. Many thanks to the entire practice! 🙏

My cat had dental problems, so my vet referred me to Dr. Neuhaus. I can't say enough how well cared for I (and my cat) felt. He's a very kind and friendly doctor who explains things very well and listens attentively. In the end, she had dental surgery, which went very well, and my cat is now pain-free. The follow-up care also took place at the practice and was even free of charge. Thanks again to Dr. Neuhaus and the entire team for helping my Trudi so much! Highly recommended!!
