About a month ago, I took my rabbit to the vet for the first time. I went because she had injured her hind leg, without an appointment, but I was told that walk-ins will no longer be accepted. She's very tame, but the assistant was quite rough with her when she was taken out of her carrier. After a rather rough examination, I was given pain medication and told, "It should be fine in 10 days." Today, I went to a different vet because it still hadn't improved, and after a thorough examination, he found that her knee had dislocated and was now extremely swollen. As a precaution, my rabbit had an x-ray. She should have been walking like that from the start!

We take our French Bulldog and our cat to Ms. Heide-Röller and her team and have always been satisfied. Whether it's routine procedures or major surgery for the cat, we've always received excellent, professional advice and felt very comfortable. The animals also feel very comfortable and are well cared for.

The in-house laboratory is fantastic. My appointments were always kept. Parking is available directly at the practice. In summary: a great practice with a friendly team! I highly recommend it!
