A very well-organized veterinary practice with a wonderful and friendly team. I feel very well cared for here because Dr. Heide-Röller always takes plenty of time, explains everything in detail so that everyone understands, and acts in the best interests of both the animal and its owner. I appreciate her honest and direct manner. She stays focused, is empathetic, and doesn't hide anything. No unnecessary, cost-saving tests are performed; only what is truly necessary is done. The in-house laboratory is fantastic. My appointments have always been kept. Parking is available directly at the practice. In short: a great practice with a lovely team! I highly recommend it!
