As is often the case in life, 10 people = 10 opinions. I certainly don't have a bad one! I'd better not ask my dogs, I think they'd politely decline any further visits ;-) but that certainly has nothing to do with the vet's skills! For my part, I'm more than satisfied! Two years ago, my then 13-year-old male dog had a cruciate ligament replacement! Today he's 15 and running like a dream 😊 The entire practice team was incredibly friendly even back then, and I felt very well cared for. I think I'm generally very relaxed, but with my old dog, I was quite worried. However, it wasn't a problem to reach the vet the following weekend! A definite plus! The price for the surgery was more than reasonable and worth every single penny! However, I'm not one of those people who say: "I don't know if it's worth it anymore, the dog's already old." Sentences I'll probably never understand! And don't want to understand! Long story short! Every single star is well-deserved ♥
A super friendly team and a great vet; our dog is very calm for her when we're there. The vet explains everything he does. Please keep up the good work.
We've been extremely satisfied customers with our dog for about four years. The team is incredibly friendly and competent. The vet exudes a wonderful calm and is highly skilled. 👍 We feel very comfortable and well cared for, and we gladly recommend this practice.
Thank you so much ♥️ Even though some time has passed, writing this review is still incredibly difficult for us; it feels like it was just yesterday. After saying goodbye (including the cremation), we needed time to even find the words to describe it. We had to let our Nala go with heavy hearts, and yet we want to say "thank you" from the bottom of our hearts. Nala was a French Bulldog we rescued from a breeder. She was being used for breeding and came to us in very poor condition. She was far too underweight and had several health issues (including Mediterranean disease, a mammary tumor, and skin problems). That she was able to have a wonderful life with us for over four years was a great gift. When the time came, we felt completely at ease every second. The veterinarian guided us, and especially Nala, with such calm, respectful, and empathetic care. You could tell it wasn't "just an appointment"; he was truly present, lovingly stroking her, gently explaining everything, and performing the euthanasia with the utmost dignity one could wish for in such a moment. Nala was calm, secure, and passed away peacefully. As hard as it is, it was a gentle farewell for our little ray of sunshine, and for that, we are incredibly grateful. 🥹 We would also like to urge everyone considering getting a dog: please do not support puppy mills or breeding practices that cause suffering. There are so many animals already alive and in need of help. Rescue instead of buying. We have another rescued dog and will gladly return with him. A veterinarian with heart, calm, and genuine empathy—absolutely recommended. Many thanks 🙏 also to the lovely woman who greeted us at the front desk.
Since the pet store next to the veterinary clinic partners with Loyalparking, and you get a hefty fine for using the "wrong" entrance even though you're using a clearly marked parking space for the veterinary clinic, I can only give it one star. This unfortunately makes it impossible for me to reach the veterinary clinic by car.
