Dr. Menne is a very helpful, competent, and absolutely friendly veterinarian for our cats and for us, as is her entire team. We've been going to her for many years, and she has helped our cats countless times to our complete satisfaction. Besides her professional expertise, Dr. Menne is also very gentle with the animals (which I experienced quite differently and quite horrifically at another practice). Hi everyone, We took over our son's dog. Our son is already a client at the practice, so looking for another one wasn't an option for us. Since we needed an appointment, I called this morning. They asked me for my name, to which I replied that they couldn't find me there, but they could find our dog, whom we took over from our son. Question: So you're a new client? I said, not really, we took over the dog, there was just a change of ownership. I thought the dog was already a patient there. But I was wrong; that apparently doesn't count. I was offered an appointment for the beginning of November and was told to consult a colleague in case of emergency. They wished me all the best and ended the call.
