Unfriendly on the phone, doesn't even let you finish speaking, very unfriendly only when asking questions, a real shame as it's supposed to be a great veterinary clinic.
I went to the practice with my dog today. Unfortunately, Dr. Kny didn't take the time to look at the dog. Apparently, she was performing emergency surgery on an animal. All the other patients (who were waiting with me in the waiting room) were treated and listened to strangely. She dismissed me... She's not accepting new patients. I could go to another vet, but she doesn't have time for that. Thanks for nothing, I waited over an hour.
