I took my dog, Lucy, to this practice because she had been suffering from severe diarrhea with blood, repeated vomiting, and significant weakness for days – a clear emergency. Instead of getting help, the vet sent me away without an examination or treatment. She didn't even listen properly... I consider simply turning away a dog in this condition to be completely irresponsible and incompatible with veterinary care. Fortunately, I contacted another practice in time, but the behavior of this practice was shocking to me. ❌ Anyone seeking help here in an acute emergency should be aware of this!

So... Our cat was drooling profusely. The examination was very good, and I was even allowed to go in at 8 p.m. She assessed the situation very well. She gave me two injections. The next day, everything was much better. Thank you, doctor 😃

We have been patients of Dr. Kny for many years, both with our dogs and cats. She has always cared for our animals professionally and efficiently. We feel very well looked after and wouldn't want to be without her in Rathenow. Please continue to see us for a while longer.

All the other patients (who were waiting with me in the waiting room) were treated and listened to strangely. She dismissed me... She's not accepting new patients.
