I'm very satisfied. It's a bit chaotic, but friendly. The first vet who doesn't generate unnecessary costs. Plus, a difficult dog isn't immediately sedated. Max is very aggressive towards vets and therefore always has to wear a muzzle, which doesn't help his aggression, and he still fidgets and growls. I'm still pleasantly surprised that he isn't simply immobilized. We'll (gladly) come back 😊
We take our dogs Susi and Stella to Dr. Lochhaas for treatment and are very satisfied. He handles the animals with great care and calmness and takes his time for examinations and consultations. The practice team is also always friendly and helpful. Susi and Stella feel very well cared for there. Thank you for the excellent care and treatment.
