I am a friend of Yulaf's owner and knew the cat very well. He was a perfectly healthy, lively cat before being brought to this practice for what was supposed to be a routine procedure. It is heartbreaking to see my friend lose his beloved pet due to the obvious incompetence and lack of aftercare at this practice. The fact that the practice refused to take responsibility for clear complications and instead issued further bills for meaningless treatments speaks volumes about their lack of ethics. I fully support my friend's legal action. Please avoid this practice if you value your pet's life.

This is not a place to leave your pets. A friend's cat died as a result of improper treatment.

We had our cat spayed at this clinic a week ago. No preliminary examinations were performed, and the staff were very dismissive – it seemed like they were only interested in the money. After the operation, our cat couldn't eat or drink. She was very lethargic the whole time, almost like a plant. The next day, we noticed she was having trouble breathing. We took her back to the clinic, but they couldn't determine what was wrong with her. She was given an injection, but we don't even know what it was. Our cat's condition worsened day by day. Finally, we had to take her to a veterinary hospital in Giessen. There, they determined it was possibly an overdose of anesthetic. According to the attending veterinarian, she suffered multiple organ failure. After a week, our cat couldn't breathe properly at all. We were advised to have her euthanized. We are incredibly sad. In my opinion, doctors like that shouldn't be allowed to perform surgeries. Now our cat is in heaven – like an angel… 😢
