We were very satisfied and feel very well cared for with our now unfortunately only one bird. Our birds were not only treated quickly, but we were also given excellent information and support. We simply cannot understand the negative reviews regarding the costs. This isn't just a simple €15 rabbit nail trim, but emergency medicine for very specialized animals. We've also paid a three-figure sum to a specialist for small animal ophthalmology. So the prices are not excessive, but justified. The animals' well-being is definitely the priority here. You even get a call from the practice on a Saturday just to check on the little patients. We highly recommend this practice and will gladly return.

I am very satisfied with this veterinarian. Several birds have been successfully saved from an untimely death here. I am currently taking my parrotlets here for treatment and am receiving excellent and patient care – questions are answered promptly. What I particularly appreciate is that, in addition to issues requiring medication, the surrounding circumstances are also taken into consideration. This includes the aviary setup, hygiene, diet, and the birds' mental well-being; after unsuccessful treatments with other veterinarians, I was unwilling to subject them to further stress. Mr. Janeczek once told me: "A bird needs nothing more than a human to be healthy and happy: a balanced diet, sufficient exercise, social interaction, and plenty of stimulation."

Five stars for this avian veterinary practice! Dr. Matthias Janeczek was incredibly supportive and spoke to me several times on the phone when I called about my sick canary hen. He not only gave me advice on where else I could go (since his practice specializes in parakeets and parrots), but also repeatedly checked on the canary's condition (at that point, I had already found a colleague who specializes in canaries and made several house calls). When the time came to have my terminally ill canary hen put to sleep, and I informed Dr. Janeczek of her passing, he responded in a very comforting and loving way. Thank you so much for your care!

The best avian veterinary practice in the region. We received excellent care for three decades. Dr. Friedrich Janeczek and Dr. Mathias Janeczek are highly competent and available for our birds almost around the clock. They provided excellent care right up to the very end. The best parrot and parakeet specialist in Germany! They also have special food to prevent our beloved birds from becoming obese. Because birds don't get fat! Sunflower seeds, etc., are far too fatty and/or contaminated.
