Reviews
Very nice Vet Doctor. Competent and cheerful.
Dr. Stephanie Ruhl is an exceptional vet! She is extremely knowledgeable and makes every visit a positive experience. Her excellent service and genuine care for dogs truly shine through. It’s clear she has a passion for animals, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly!
Our absolute trusted veterinarian for many years – outstanding both professionally and personally. I've taken numerous dogs to Dr. Stefanie Ruhl – my own, foster dogs, and also dogs belonging to friends, colleagues, and acquaintances. And without exception, everyone was thrilled. That's precisely why I honestly can't understand a negative review. Ultimately, you should always hear both sides before forming an opinion. What sets Dr. Ruhl apart is that she doesn't follow a rigid formula, and certainly not the principle of "selling as much as possible." Quite the opposite. On several occasions, other veterinarians recommended expensive or quick surgeries, but Dr. Ruhl calmly, honestly, and professionally explained that there were also conservative treatment options or that we should observe the animal first. And this approach has often proven to be absolutely the right one. You immediately notice: Here, the animal is the focus – not the bill. Whether it's a dog, cat, or other animal – she takes her time, observes carefully, and explains things clearly. She remains empathetic, calm, and professional throughout. Especially in stressful situations, she conveys a sense of security and competence, which is unfortunately not always the case these days. The entire practice team is also friendly, organized, and welcoming. You feel valued and not just rushed through. For me personally, she is a veterinarian with an enormous amount of experience, honest assessments, and a very high level of medical expertise. If you're looking for someone who truly understands animals and treats them responsibly, you've come to the right place. Highly recommended.
I could write a lot here – but the numerous excellent reviews before mine have already said it all. Even the most unruly cat leaves the practice after dental work feeling perfectly cared for and with a significantly improved quality of life. And even the most stressed, anxious, and constantly asking questions of a cat mom is treated with patience, understanding, and a smile. Therefore, I'll keep it short: Dr. Ruhl and her team are simply fantastic. Professionally outstanding, incredibly warm, and with a genuine understanding of both animals and people. We are happy, Simba is doing well, and we are deeply and immensely grateful. Thank you so much for everything!
Dear Dr. Ruhl & Team, I would like to thank you not only for the recent treatment of our now 18-year-old dog, but also for the exceptional care you have provided for our dogs and cats for over 20 years. Thank you so much for the superb service, from spaying and neutering to regular vaccinations, dental work, and pain management.
