Puppy with a surgically repaired liver shunt. Friendly contact, but in my opinion, not good value for money. For €199, I would have expected significantly more individualized nutritional advice. The recommendations were quite general, and at the same time, further paid ration adjustments were suggested. I felt the added value of the consultation was insufficient in relation to the cost.

We are extremely satisfied with the nutritional advice. Our older dog developed IBD when she was younger due to excessive antibiotic use. Our second dog broke her leg at three months old, which also required a lot of antibiotics. Now, at 16 months, she has a nasty skin fungus. The nutritional advice is therefore invaluable to us, helping our dogs stay or become healthy through proper nutrition. It's like having nutritionists advise people. We think it's fantastic, even though it does cost a bit.
