Dr. Carolin Stommel - Tierarztpraxis Gauting

Dr. Stommel has a wonderful, calm way with animals. It's almost like telepathy. Today we were able to come directly to her with our cat, and she was able to help him and calm us down. Thank you! If she can't answer the phone, we pet owners should understand that, too; she's currently caring for an animal, just as she usually does for ours.

Unfortunately, we received anything but a compassionate and friendly welcome here. Despite repeated calls for help due to an emergency, the staff either ignored us completely or responded with obvious annoyance. In the end, we went to another veterinarian who was very helpful, competent, and friendly. I've heard from many acquaintances that this practice is not recommended and that the staff are incredibly unsympathetic, not to mention downright rude.

Dr. Stommel is the best veterinarian I know. She is very empathetic and takes the time to listen to the animal. She has been caring for our cats for over 10 years.

We have two dogs, 12 1/2 and 3 years old. Dr. Stommel has been with us from the very beginning, and we feel very fortunate to have found such a lucky find. In addition to her calm yet empathetic manner—towards both the animals and us as owners—we value Dr. Stommel's professional expertise! So far, three surgical procedures performed in the practice, including pre- and post-operative care, have gone completely smoothly. Thank you to the entire practice team; we always feel like we receive such wonderful care!
