Dr. Silke Pfaffernoschke has been our veterinarian for almost 25 years, caring for our dachshunds. She is always empathetic and competent, explaining everything to me as their owner in detail. What I particularly appreciate is how she and her assistants interact with the animals. Always kind and understanding – even if I come in with an emergency on a Saturday evening, she is always there for us, and we are so grateful to have such a wonderful veterinarian by our side!

We've been taking our cat to this vet for almost 10 years. We're extremely satisfied. She's highly competent and friendly. We're regularly informed when our outdoor cat needs his next vaccination. She's also always been able to provide quick assistance with our cat's injuries. All this at comparatively reasonable treatment fees.

Dr. Pfaffernoschke is always gentle with our cat and takes the time to examine him thoroughly. Whether it's wounds from territorial fights, heart defects, parasites, or torn claws, everything has been successfully treated here, and after the treatments and appropriate rest period, our cat has always been able to resume his usual outdoor lifestyle. We enjoy coming here and feel well cared for.

I was looking for a quick appointment because my dog ​​had developed an eye infection. I'd never been there before, so I called, and the lady on the phone was incredibly helpful. Even though it was already Friday at noon, I was able to get an appointment for the next morning. She and her team were incredibly kind and caring towards my very anxious older dog. She helped very professionally and quickly. The next day, his eye was almost as good as new! She also gave me excellent advice and was very understanding. Even though we're a bit overweight, she didn't say a word of reproach; instead, I felt that helping quickly was genuinely important to her. ❤️ I'm thrilled and thank you so much for everything!
