Dr. and Mrs. Richter, as well as the staff at the practice, are very caring, loving, empathetic, and professional people. Not only towards our dog Balu, who sadly passed away, but also towards us as a family. We always felt well looked after and taken seriously. We were always given space and time, and our dog was always treated with love. Unfortunately, this is no longer taken for granted these days, but in this practice, everything is different. Thank you very much.

We have been going to Mr. and Mrs. Dr. Richter's practice with our miniature schnauzer, Mindy, from the very beginning, and it's been three years now! We feel like we're in very good hands there, and our Mindy has always been helped! The two employees, Saskia and Alissa, also make the team perfect! You can tell that the practice is run with a lot of heart, which we think is really nice! And everyone always has a kind word for Mindy! I think the prices are no different from other practices! Humanity and a heart for animals are more important to us than chasing bargain prices! Mindy and we hope that the practice and this fantastic team will continue to be with us for a long time to come...woof!!!

I have been taking my dogs to this veterinary practice for many years and have always been extremely satisfied. The competent, empathetic, and loving way in which both animals and their owners are received and treated here is truly special. Due to a move, I was temporarily forced to change veterinarians. However, no other practice could give me the same sense of trust and security as this one – which is why I consciously decided to make the longer commute and return. And that was absolutely the right decision. Dr. Richter has already performed several successful surgeries on my dogs, always with a steady hand, extensive expertise, and a keen understanding of the animal. But not only Dr. Richter, but the entire practice team deserves high praise: always friendly, helpful, and with an open ear for all concerns. I am all the more saddened that this wonderful practice is now closing. It is difficult to find veterinary care that one can trust so completely. I am incredibly grateful for the many years of excellent care and sincerely hope to one day meet such a dedicated and warm-hearted team again.

A very professional veterinary practice where animals are taken very seriously and receive excellent treatment and care. Dr. Richter was the only veterinarian who figured out what was wrong with my dog. The entire practice team is always loving, empathetic, and very kind; they truly take care of everything.
