Our beloved Bouvier’s eye became irritated and discolored overnight. We were referred to Dr Gruning practice and seen the same day. We are fighting the eye pressures of Glaucoma currently and have walked in twice in the past week with manageable wait times and prices for our Beau boy. All staff is knowledgeable and Dr Gruning knew the predisposed conditions of our specific breed and educated us on the consequences of the anatomy right away. Following up next week to reassess the condition and possibly eye removal surgery. Although the medication routine is demanding, I am thankful for Dr Gruning to give us a fighting chance to save the eye and ultimately supports decision for our dog long term. Will follow up with review after final results.
This place was recommended to me once my big boy was diagnosed with a heart murmur. It turned out he had degenerative heart disease. (13 1/2 year old hound mix) Mrs Grüning was excellent with facilitating his cardio well-being for almost 2 years! Giving me that extra time with my old man was truly something I'll cherish forever. (He just passed at 15 and 4 months) We felt heard and cared for in the process from day 1. Thank you, the team, and the front desk again for everything! Sarah & Bruce🐾
Everyone is so kind here, and so gentle with my cat. They work very swiftly too to see as many people as possible. I was worried about finding an eye specialist for my cat when I moved from out of the country, but the Doctor here is wonderful. Prices are very good too, for the high quality of care.
I brought my small dog here for eye issues and am so pleased with his progress. Very caring staff and thorough evaluation. I am very happy my vet recommended the office to me.
They are not good regarding setting appointments and communication. On two separate instances I have made it very clear that would like to schedule a set appointment slot, and on those same two occasions they put me in as a walk in and have not communicated that to me. This has caused me to waist time I didn’t have, as I would arrive on time to what I was told was a set appointment, only to be sat waiting in the seating area for over an hour. Only after I go to the front desk to ask why I’m waiting so long am I then told I was added as a walk in. I was once told my wait time could be up to 3 hours. So if you plan on bringing your pet here take that into consideration.
