Highly recommended! 👍🏻 Today, Dr. Plößl saved the life of our 14-year-old poodle. A week earlier, he saved the life of our 10-year-old retriever. Both had pyometra! Emergency surgeries! Thank you, thank you, thank you ❣️ also to the team who, despite all the breaks and opening hours, showed competent and loving dedication (they were rewarded with a small lunch buffet)! Time and again, we experience that a true expert, with a lot of empathy, patience, and joy in his work, does a fantastic job here. Dr. Plößl is not only friendly to our animals but also to us "worried" owners and explains everything to us thoroughly! Negative reviews should be ignored!!! 🤨

We went there last night because we were worried our cat had fractured a bone. Dr. Plößl not only saw us immediately, but we didn't have to wait, and he took the time to examine our cat very kindly and carefully. Our cat is feeling better now; he wasn't scared at all during the examination. The calm demeanor of the doctor and his assistant helped both of us during this stressful time. Thank you so much!

I am truly shocked and disappointed by this phone call. I called because our female dog is in heat for the first time, and our nine-month-old male dog is suffering terribly from the hormonal changes. He's barely eating, injuring himself on doors, and is completely stressed out. I didn't want to discuss training, but simply to discuss a plan or appointment for neutering, as her heat cycle started earlier than expected. Instead of help or understanding, I was accused on the phone of having poor training and not setting boundaries for him. This is by far one of the most unpleasant and disrespectful statements I have ever heard from a veterinary practice. How anyone can categorically accuse a young male dog of poor training in his first such situation is absolutely incomprehensible and shameful to me. As a customer, I requested a service, not to be personally attacked. This behavior was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this practice to anyone.
