Wow! I was so nervous about trying to find an English speaking vet here that I would feel comfortable going to with my pup. I am so happy I went with Dr. Ranzinger's Vet Practice. From my first contact e-mail, and receiving a phone call right away to schedule an appointment (4 days later), to our actual visit (which was today,) I could not be happier with my choice. My pup n I saw Dr. Ziegler and she was extremely professional and patient. I am a first time dog owner and had a list of questions that I compiled since I first brought my pup home 3 weeks ago. She patiently and thoroughly answered each my questions, offered her advice, and went above and beyond to ease my concerns. Her vet staff were also friendly, helpful, and professional and treated my pup with the kindest care. I am impressed and while I hope I don't have to see them often, I know that when I do, we are in good hands. We waited maybe 5-10m, but it was nothing that would make me not come back. I have never been to a doctor's office where I didn't have to wait, so this was not an issue for me. I highly recommend Dr. Ziegler and her awesome staff. Thank you!

very nice praxis！ They are very skilfull and with patience.I have to vaccinate my cat，bring it to China.They prepare the passport，the chip，the rabis vaccination，the other vaccination and tell me what should be vaccinated in the future.They treat my cat very gentle，they are very polite to me.So all in all，very nice praxis.
