I've been taking my 12-year-old dog to them for three years now. I'm completely satisfied; they truly care about the animal. My dog ​​was afraid to be lifted onto the X-ray table by the unfamiliar vet and stay still – no problem, I was allowed to sit with him in the X-ray room instead, and they showed me how he should lie down, which worked perfectly. He doesn't want to stay on the examination table – no problem, he's simply examined on the floor. Minimal stress for the animal is their priority. They always look for a sensible solution and don't resort to unnecessary, expensive treatments or procedures. There have often been situations where they could easily have sold a dog owner like me an even more expensive examination if the vet said it was necessary – I would have believed them – but they never do that. We are truly satisfied. They are kind and empathetic, and both dog and owner are treated with respect.
