You can immediately tell that they work with heart and extensive experience – both in their handling of the animal and with me as the owner. I particularly appreciated the calm, clear explanations and the feeling of being well supported at all times. Susan came through everything well, and I felt safe and secure throughout. Even though I live in Schweinfurt, I would gladly make the trip to Dr. Patzak again for more complex or difficult procedures.
