Negligence. The emergency service was a complete disaster. I was there at midday, then had to go to the clinic in Osterode in the evening. They wouldn't even take an X-ray of a cat that was bleeding anally and straining to defecate. They expressed her anal glands. Then at the emergency clinic: her entire intestine was full of feces. Never go there!
If I could, I'd give zero stars. I can't understand all the positive reviews. The vet is probably okay for vaccinations, but beyond that, he's completely unqualified, and nobody really talks to you while you're examining your pet. I took my rabbit there, and he had to be euthanized two weeks later. Dr. Rensing said everything was fine. Trust me, and please don't go there, especially not with rabbits!
