We had a very positive experience at the Northeim Animal Clinic today. Both the vet and the assistant were incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional. My cat Elfi received excellent care, and we felt well looked after at all times. Highly recommended!

I took my dog ​​for surgery today. I was incredibly nervous, which is perfectly normal, and my husky is, true to her breed, quite the dramatic screamer. The staff is super friendly, I felt well-informed and advised, and I was allowed to be present both when she was first put under and when she woke up. Even the fact that she screamed the whole clinic down and I needed help getting her to the car wasn't a problem, and they were incredibly kind to my dog. When she woke up, she was snuggled up in blankets and was really cozy. I'm very satisfied!

At the beginning of November, our dog had cruciate ligament surgery at the Animal Health Center, and we are completely satisfied. Even during the initial examination, we received very friendly, competent, and thorough care. On the day of the surgery itself, everything was handled professionally and reliably. The excellent aftercare deserves special mention. Whether by email or phone, we always received prompt and helpful answers to our questions. They even proactively checked in on our dog's condition. You truly feel well cared for here, both professionally and personally. Highly recommended!
