It's appalling how some pet owners are convinced their animals need this, that, and the other thing – often at exorbitant cost. It's not always about the animal's well-being, but apparently also about making as much money as possible. It's good to use your common sense, see through the charade, and get a second opinion. Often, the problem is then solved professionally and for a fraction of the cost in no time. People's love for their animals is sometimes shamelessly exploited, and some are downright ripped off with dubious claims or misjudgments. Thank goodness I got a second opinion to avoid unnecessarily straining my wallet and my pet.

I booked the appointment online, brought my dog ​​along, and the treatment was carried out. No waiting, invoice by email, and payment by card. Everything was great.

I can only report positive experiences. My dog ​​is unfortunately a regular patient. Despite his issues (extremely nervous, restless, and sometimes quite vocal), she takes plenty of time for each treatment and, most importantly, for answering questions. She's always informed about his medical history beforehand, and thanks to the online appointment system, she already knows the reason for his return visit. She truly treats each animal with care, and even the blood draws went smoothly. After many years of owning dogs and switching vets frequently (mostly due to moving or simply being dissatisfied), I finally feel I've found a vet who truly loves her job and doesn't just try to sell you the "easiest" method, but rather addresses each animal's individual needs.
