Super professional and friendly, Dr Runge really took her time answering all our questions and giving our kitten a thorough, stress-free examination.

A very kind and understanding veterinarian, even for dogs who don't like going to the vet. Luckily, we haven't had any serious issues so far, but even with minor ailments, Ms. Runge takes her time with both dog and owner. You feel well cared for and taken seriously. Highly recommended!

The woman on the phone was incredibly unfriendly. Even though we've been taking our dog to this practice for several years, we were turned away. The staff member didn't care at all that it was more or less an emergency. Her only comment was that we should try another practice. Luckily, there are also veterinary practices in Göttingen with friendly staff who respond appropriately.
