Gizmo feels very well cared for by Dr. Mann. We've only had positive experiences so far. She's a very nice doctor and always has good suggestions on how to continue treatment.

A very empathetic veterinarian. She helps spontaneously, is professionally competent, and has a very pleasant personality.

We've been going to Dr. Mann and her lovely team for several years now. Every year I take my two cats (a Norwegian Forest Cat and a Ragdoll) for a check-up, and it's always a pleasant experience. The whole team is very welcoming, and Dr. Mann is very gentle and not at all rough with the animals; she's truly competent. I highly recommend her and can also recommend her for patients with anxiety.

You often sit alone in the waiting room, without other pet owners or animals. That speaks volumes... After my cat got worms, I asked for help. When I mentioned I'd been to another vet a long time ago, the vet just laughed and told me to go back there... which I had to do! Goodbye forever, vet!

Even after a long time, the experience still bothers me. In an emergency, meaning the emergency service, it's a complete disaster for the anxious owner. After begging and pleading to be allowed to see the emergency service, I was met with accusations. There was no trace of empathy. The vet's exact words were, "If you're lucky, the animal will still be alive tomorrow." The practice may function well during regular hours and in its daily routine. But woe betide the animal that needs help outside of those times... This is unacceptable! If possible, ask to be excused from the emergency service. This saves anxious pet owners a more than unpleasant and inappropriate encounter. It's appalling that you have to apologize from beginning to end for an emergency, without any empathy or understanding whatsoever.
