Highly recommended! Acupuncture and physiotherapy have helped my two dogs a lot with their arthritic problems. It's great that there's also an underwater treadmill here; that was something Göttingen was missing.
I only had to go once and received excellent tips and advice for exercises after my puppy had surgery. She's very good with dogs, even with ones that aren't as nervous as mine anymore. My visit was about nine months ago, and the exercises and massages she gave me were and still are very beneficial for her. Thank you!
I never actually took my dog to her practice for treatment, but I did have two separate phone conversations with her about different issues while calling all the vets in the area. Both times, she was incredibly dedicated to helping in any way she could, showing genuine concern and offering assistance that wasn't even part of her usual practice. She even called back, which unfortunately isn't always the case when you can't reach the vet immediately. So, based on my phone experience, I can wholeheartedly recommend her. If my dog ever needs physiotherapy (which I certainly hope won't be necessary), she'll be the first person I contact. At this point, albeit a bit late, I'd like to thank her again for her efforts! ***Addendum**** My dog does indeed need physiotherapy now, and I'm very happy with her. Ms. Lissel is very kind and also very patient. I can wholeheartedly recommend her!!
Ms. Lissel takes a lot of time, asks many questions about your medical history, and explains everything she's doing during the treatment. She also demonstrates how to build on the treatment, for example, through massage. Highly recommended!! :)
I want to thank Dr. Lissel! Such a loving and empathetic doctor is rare! Time is hardly an issue, and questions are answered immediately. My dog had to be put down today, and I am so happy and grateful that Dr. Lissel took on this difficult task!
