Here I'm talking about a wonderful person who, from the very first moment we met my dog, evoked a feeling that's almost indescribable. His first, open, friendly gaze immediately told me: my beloved Moppel and I have truly arrived. You can sense that he loves the animals who come to him because they and their owners need his help. There's no doubt about his competence, even though—thankfully—we haven't yet had to deal with any truly life-threatening illnesses, as Moppel is still young. But I know he's capable and would leave no stone unturned in helping in such a situation. I should also mention that his team radiates these same qualities. In addition, he has a very pleasant sense of humor; he clearly enjoys laughing, and laughter is always a winning combination! I happily wait in his waiting room because I know there are many people who feel the same way, which is why it's often quite busy! Moppel and I wish him and his team all the very best, good health not only for 2026, and that he will continue practicing and being there for us for a very, very long time. Luckily, he's still young!

My long-time veterinary practice closed down. Afterwards, I had a truly awful experience with a new vet. On a recommendation, I went to Dr. Vollmer. I can't express how grateful I am. I have regained my trust in veterinary medicine. I feel I'm receiving excellent and honest advice. My cat had been marking in the apartment for almost three years. I followed the advice, and now it's over. From now on, all my furry friends will only be treated there.
