This was my first time at this veterinary practice with my Shih Tzu puppy, Lilly, because it came highly recommended. I must say that the reception from the practice team was very pleasant, and the consultation and examination went very smoothly and positively for Lilly. I was very pleasantly surprised and not disappointed in any way. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice. I know that if Lilly ever needs anything, she'll be in good hands here. Thank you.

We (my two cats and I) needed a vet at short notice to cover for a vacation. We received a very warm welcome, got an appointment right away (same day!!!), and the practice even offered to visit us at home... What more could you want?

After twenty years, we had to have our cat Tiberius put to sleep. The veterinarians were incredibly patient and compassionate. They gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. It was especially wonderful that they came to our home, sparing Tiberius the stress of transport. Thank you so much for that. We will definitely be switching to the Berg veterinary practice with our two other cats.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I contacted the Berg Veterinary Clinic for the first time to bring in my cat, who was suffering from recurring diarrhea. An appointment for a house call was scheduled for the very next day. 😼 Despite the treatment taking place in my own home, my cat was quite anxious and seemed ready to bolt before the examination. Dr. Noe and Ms. Heilmann took this in stride and, thanks to their gentle approach and the equipment they brought with them, were able to "persuade" him to undergo the examination immediately 🥰! I was thoroughly informed about all the treatment steps and received excellent advice on the available therapies. My cat and I felt very well cared for throughout the entire visit and wholeheartedly recommend the Berg Veterinary Clinic not only for their high level of expertise but also for their great empathy towards animals ❤️!
