You call to ask about the price of the vaccination and the totally unfriendly woman on the phone asks if the animals are for sale, which is none of her business! And then I was scolded for comparing prices and was rudely sent back to where I had my first vaccinations and then the phone was simply hung up! I've never experienced anything like that before, honestly! Why can't I compare prices? For one person the vaccination costs around 80 euros and for another it's 40 or 50 euros for the same vaccine and I'm probably right to compare prices just like everyone else does (including you!)!!! That woman is unbelievable!!! Minus 10 stars!
