I just called about my 12-year-old Doberman because he's bleeding from the muzzle. The response was that I should take him to the vet myself, even though this vet is on call. It's possible my Doberman won't survive.

Emergency cat in severe pain, response: we should delay, lacking interest or motivation. He said he wasn't obligated to come. She died after 10 hours in my mother's arms, filled with agony. This person shouldn't be treating living beings!!!

I was just there at 11:30 PM with an emergency for our cat. We're from Bautzen, and no one was on call in our area. He told us to come in without hesitation over the phone. He was incredibly friendly. He didn't beat around the bush and clearly explained the situation. I honestly can't say anything negative. We were also completely satisfied with the price for the emergency service. Fantastic vet!! I can wholeheartedly recommend him!!! Thank you again for the quick and competent help!!!

He's a friendly, competent veterinarian, no frills, and straightforward! Highly recommended!
